How long will counseling last and how often should I come?
You have control over how long your counseling journey lasts, based on your unique goals and needs. For some, meaningful change may happen in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from a longer-term process. During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and provide an idea of what to expect.
Our experience shows that clients achieve the best results when attending counseling once per week. This consistency allows time to practice and implement new strategies while maintaining momentum without long gaps between sessions.

Do you take insurance?
We do not file insurance directly; however, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine what they cover for out-of-network providers. We will provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit for reimbursement.
Please note that using insurance often requires sharing personal information and a diagnosis with a third party, which may influence the type and duration of treatment covered. Additionally, many insurance companies have limitations on coverage for marriage and family counseling. We recommend considering these factors when making your decision.
